Jumpship Astronaut's upbeat and euphoric sound is a mixture of dance, electronica, and rock...similar to the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Passion Pit, Ghostland Observatory, and M83. In their first year together, JSA shared the stage with the likes of BOOMBOX, Foxy Shazam, Stars In Stereo, ishi, and The Floozies, while also performing at several festivals, including Norman Music Festival, Center of the Universe, and Wakarusa. Jumpship's upbeat, fast-paced, and often wildly intoxicating music is the collaboration of Ryan Bryant (vocals/guitar), Chris Bourland (synths), Scott Dunn (bass/synth bass), and Kenny Taylor (drums).
